Michael Eisner, who has been a part of the entertainment field most of his career life.
I am starting my writing with a quote from Mr. Eisner that is really a statement of happiness and success in life.
“The highs and lows, the successes and the failures. the feeling of being with someone you know is smarter than you are, all the while confident, they think the same way. Working together is much better than working alone.”
When i read this as a part of his new book, I thought this is the path to success in all you do.
He tells in his book of different partnerships who come from different up-bringings but by working together have created a great success for great companys.
This book gives examples of thre achievements followed in true happiness in their business lives.
Wherever you are on you path of life or career by working together in networking, partnerships, with a team for a company, or in life in generalit working togehter for the goals is when success is created.
To reach success is everyone’s goal on their path of life.

Book “Crush It”
As a wine lover and always wanting to learn more is how I came to know Garyvee. And that was months ago.
But it is not the wine that I enjoy reading about now. It is his tweets and book filled with so much energy guidance.
Gary is a best selling author of a great book “Crush It”
This is book that once you pick it up you do not put it down, then many times you refer to again until the pages are all tattered and filled with yellow markings.
Gary is a great speaker and if he comes to your area ,take time and go listen.
He speaks on progressive thinking in your career and the knowledge to use the internet and social media.
The book will create a question to ask yourself such as what rules do you live by, What is your personal value .
Interesting when you think about this as I do not think we do ask ourselves this question.
He also helps you to become aware that skills are cheap and passion is priceless.
So if you are one that needs to know more of the value of self and also how important the social media is todays avenue to help create success.

The answer is always “yes” to the guest request and then how you can help the guest. is explained to how easy it can be to make it happen.
I hope you read and learn as I have to become more helpful for the guest and create a memorable experieance for them.

Today IS Follow Friday and as we are well into the Holiday Season I think it is time to spread some Holiday Season Cheer.
This is my thought :
For the Holiday Seson and throughout the new year let us all start a trend and give out “Random Acts of Kindness.”
What a better way than through Social Media in some way make somebody who is having a kind of not so great day , make their day a happy one.
We all read facebook and our emails each day and we read of someone had a bump in their road to make it not so grat a day.
We can send them a gift card for a coffee and sweet, s flower , and so much more.. The return will be the greatest feeling that your feel by creating a smile for someone.
What gave me this great idea, I was at a mall and standing in line for that cup of cappacino and as I went to pay for it the clerk said Oh it is all taken care of enjoy your day shopping.
At first I thought, Did I look that weary from a day of shopping or was it just a mere act of kindness. That was the greatest feeling to know that in this world someone is trying to create a smile and a happyiness .
Then after going home and started to think and wonder how great this will be to get more people to do an act of kindness.
This is the way to celebrate our holiday season.
Let us spread the ” Random Act of Kindness” near and far and they will tell their friends near and far. Then as those friends tell their friends and some of their followers too and the unexpected “Random Acts of Kindness” will spread.
The ” Random Acts of Kindness” is a way that interflora creates the smiles by in the month of November they had a social media campaign where they would take a Twitter user and send them a tweet . This tweet would tell them they were receiving a flower from them to brighten their day. The person who just needed some cheering up had their day brightened by the surprise.
So let us give some cheer to a person to make their day by a “Random Act of Kindness”
#FOLLOW FRIDAY FOR THIS WEEK IS A REAL SPECIAL ONE.
In the last writing I was writing about doing a #Random Act of Kindness to spread the Holiday Happiness.
I do not know if anyone spread some happiness in this manner but I have a real special one to tell all about.
The Baltimore Area Concirge Association every years has a Holiday Gathering where everyone just meets and dines together as a group of friends for the holiday.
This year was the same and I attempted to get a call through to the restaurant where this gathering was to take place and could not get through to confirm our evening.
I had a feeling of panic as I realized that most places are all booked for the holiday season and I only had a few days to find a replacement. So I gave a “Shout Out” to the restaurants on Facebook. Along comes a Holiday Angel from Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion with a tweet and email stating let me work on it I think I can do it.
This Holiday Angel not alone found a place for us all to gather but also is picking up the tab for the light fare and drinks.
She stated that it was a thank you to all of the hospitality members of this great association for all of the suppott they had give throughout the year.
Our Holiday Angel is Chris Minnick from Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion on Aliceanna Street in Baltimore and her “Elf” is Bryson.
Thank you also for all of the help you give our guest throughout the year giving them a WOW dining experience.
